Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native software using .NET C#, Docker, REST API, Microsoft SQL Server, and GitHub
- Apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring business alignment
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code for long-term maintainability
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to shape solutions
- Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement
- Stay curious and proactive in exploring new technologies and practices
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in backend development with C#, .NET Core, and REST APIs
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a bank, or 5 years outside of a bank
- Apply Clean Code principles and scalable design patterns
- Holistic thinking about architecture, performance, and business impact
- Clear and professional communication in English
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges
- Thrive in agile environments and enjoy cross-functional teamwork
