The Senior Solution Architect role demands extensive expertise in designing and implementing complex IT architectures within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management), Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot. The candidate must demonstrate deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, Dataverse, and integration of various SaaS platforms, with proven experience in ERP migration, data migration, process automation, and scaling AI-driven solutions. Strong capabilities in aligning technical designs with enterprise standards, embedding governance, compliance, and security—particularly within financial sector projects—are essential. The architect will lead cross-functional collaboration with developers, cloud architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver value-focused, AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing best practices for development, deployment, and documentation, as well as mentoring IT teams and acting as a subject matter expert. A relevant bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, alongside senior-level experience in Microsoft enterprise tools and solutions. Responsibilities
- Design the full architecture for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Dynamics Sales, F&O, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Define and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and documentation
- Lead and build integrations across Azure, M365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Fabric, and other SaaS systems
- Collaborate with developers, cloud architect, data team, and business process owners to deliver value-driven and AI-based solutions
- Embed governance, compliance, and security into all technical designs
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for the IT organization
Requirements
- Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools: Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Fabric
- Experience with ERP migration and Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, F&O, SCM)
- Experience with integrations, data migration, process automation, and AI at scale
- Understanding of IT governance, data protection, and compliance in financial sector projects
