Responsibilities
- Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas are presentable
- Set up conference rooms
- Receive and stock goods
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs in rooms and common areas
- Carry out systematic and preventive maintenance
- Handle unexpected tasks as they arise
- Contact external contractors when necessary
Requirements
- Good technical insight and practical skills
- Preferably experience from a similar position
- Strong skills in setting up conferences
- Knowledge of technical installations
- Ability to maintain overview and manage time effectively
- Well-organized and able to work independently
- Service-minded towards guests and colleagues; enjoy teamwork
- Able to stay calm during busy periods
- Speak and understand either Danish or English
- Able to present a clean criminal record
Benefits
