The role demands a balanced approach to engineering and business decisions, with responsibilities including mentoring peers, conducting code reviews, and participating in both discovery and delivery phases of product development. Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and tools such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud is implied by the company’s tech stack. Nice-to-have skills include experience with large datasets, Vue.js, and fintech or accounting domain knowledge.
