Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project team and client
- Manage and ensure workplace safety on the construction site
- Implement workplace safety culture, laws, and regulations
- Report effectively and openly to client and internally
- Support the project team professionally and anticipate needs
- Participate in developing the client base and achieving goals responsibly and professionally
- Balance stakeholder interests in a dynamic, flexible work environment
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing project teams
- Leadership style: present, systematic, proactive, results-oriented, meticulous
- Proficient in legislation and workplace safety regulations
- Skilled in Google Workspace tools
- Courage to address issues and complaints
- Effective, transparent communicator in English
Nice to Have
- Relevant education in occupational safety or technical field
