Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain service specifications and manage both soft and hard FM in office buildings
  • Manage expectations and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Oversee and manage budget requirements
  • Work closely with your team and colleagues
  • Visit other Novo Nordisk sites across Greater Copenhagen as needed

Requirements

  • Educational background in service or facilities management, or another relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Service-minded and proactive team player
  • Proven track record in managing sites or services, including service provider follow-up, spend tracing, and investment planning
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written
