Practical requirements include an EU work permit, a category B driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. The position involves travel within Denmark, primarily on Zealand. Role Summary
TL Concept is a well-established manufacturing and contracting company specialising in technical insulation, sheet metal cladding, ventilation ducts, and fire protection. With approx. 450 skilled employees, we deliver high-quality solutions to construction projects across Europe. Denmark is a strategic growth area, and we have established a Danish company with local management.
We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager Insulation to join our team. You will play a key role in large construction projects involving technical insulation, cladding, ventilation ducts, and passive fire protection. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient project management, and safety on site. You will work closely with a team of around 15 insulators and fitters.
Responsibilities
- Construction management: coordination of projects and deadlines, order processing, material planning, invoicing, financial responsibility, and daily overview of assembly staff
- Health & safety: ensuring order and safety on construction sites, complying with health and safety regulations, and coordinating holiday planning
- Education & supervision: training, evaluating, and developing technical staff in cooperation with the Project Manager
- Quality & communication: continuous monitoring and improvement of quality and productivity, ensuring good communication and support to customers and the project manager
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Site Manager in construction management
- Experience in installation, especially technical insulation; preferably also sheet metal cladding, ventilation, and fire protection
- Service-oriented, reliable, and able to motivate yourself and staff
- Responsible, quality-conscious, loyal, honest, and a winning personality
- Willingness to travel to construction projects in Denmark (current projects on Zealand for the next year)
- Speaks at least one Scandinavian language and English; German is a plus but not required
- EU work permit and driving licence (category B)
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
