Role Summary

TL Concept is a well-established manufacturing and contracting company specialising in technical insulation, sheet metal cladding, ventilation ducts, and fire protection. With approx. 450 skilled employees, we deliver high-quality solutions to construction projects across Europe. Denmark is a strategic growth area, and we have established a Danish subsidiary with local management.

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Insulator to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with all types of technical insulation and develop your skills, as we also install ventilation ducts and sheet metal jackets. You will be part of a team of up to 15 insulators, with varied tasks and responsibility. Promotion opportunities are available for strong performers.

Responsibilities

• Install technical insulation on ventilation ducts, boilers, tanks, pipes, and other technical installations
• Install sheet metal covers and ventilation ducts
• Fire protection of concrete and steel structures and pipe penetrations
• Work on both new installations and maintenance of existing installations

Requirements

• Practical and craft-oriented, with experience in the installation of technical insulation
• Physically fit and able to work independently and in a team
• Responsible, quality-conscious, loyal, honest, and a positive personality
• Willing to learn and take responsibility for own tasks
• Punctual and able to get up in the morning
• Willing to travel to construction projects in Denmark (current projects on Zealand for the next year)
• Speaks at least one of: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, English, or German
• EU work permit and driving licence (category B)
