About the role
- Support the Lead HR Business Partner in the Transitional Energies division at Semco Maritime
- Contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture
- Part-time position (15-20 hours/week) at Global HQ in Esbjerg
- Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Opportunity to join the Dedicated Youth network for young employees
- Possibility for writing projects, internships, or thesis collaboration
Responsibilities
- Create presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoints)
- Assist with job postings in cooperation with Hiring Managers
- Perform administrative tasks (inviting candidates, sending tests, booking meetings)
- Support employer branding activities at universities and career fairs
- Handle various ad hoc tasks and assignments
- Support and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant education with at least 1 year remaining
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and structured
- Service-minded
- Strong IT skills and experience with MS Office
