About the role
Role Summary
- Provide best-in-class administrative support and coordinate meetings and daily tasks
- Join the Global Market Access & Pricing department at Novo Nordisk
- Based in Søborg, Denmark; on-site presence required five days per week
Responsibilities
- Support four VP areas with calendar management, team meetings, 1:1s, offsites, and travel
- Monitor budgets, flag under/overspend, support project budgets, and coordinate financial reports
- Coordinate people life cycle management: recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and mailing lists
- Ensure compliance by following up on ISOtrain trainings
- Maintain team sites on SharePoint and assist with ad hoc communication tasks
- Provide ad hoc support for VPs
Requirements
- Relevant administrative education or background (e.g., office trainee, HD1, or Bachelor)
- 2–3 years’ experience in administrative processes (meeting coordination, calendar and budget management); Novo Nordisk experience is an advantage
- Strong planning and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Solid experience with budgets and financial follow-up
- Strong IT skills; comfortable with common office systems and tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Service-minded with good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly while maintaining high quality and deadlines
- Organized, dependable, and able to drive efficient coordination across teams
