Responsibilities
- Contribute hands-on to the codebase across the stack
- Oversee architectural design for scalable, secure, and well-structured systems
- Drive good practices for testing, CI/CD, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and commercial teams
- Make the platform AI-friendly and ready for Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Requirements
- Enjoy hands-on coding and writing clean code
- Experience connecting Frontend and Backend
- Architectural experience with system design, API design, and scaling infrastructure
- Based in Oslo, with a hands-on and empowering leadership style
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
- Collaborative and able to bring out the best in others
- Take ownership and solve problems end-to-end
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, balancing short- and long-term needs
Nice to Have
- Experience with our stack is a plus, but not required
