Responsibilities

  • Contribute hands-on to the codebase across the stack
  • Oversee architectural design for scalable, secure, and well-structured systems
  • Drive good practices for testing, CI/CD, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and commercial teams
  • Make the platform AI-friendly and ready for Product-Led Growth (PLG)

Requirements

  • Enjoy hands-on coding and writing clean code
  • Experience connecting Frontend and Backend
  • Architectural experience with system design, API design, and scaling infrastructure
  • Based in Oslo, with a hands-on and empowering leadership style
  • Experience mentoring or leading engineers
  • Collaborative and able to bring out the best in others
  • Take ownership and solve problems end-to-end
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, balancing short- and long-term needs

Nice to Have

  • Experience with our stack is a plus, but not required
