Experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, with Danish language skills considered a plus. Role Summary

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by leading high-impact training initiatives that strengthen process excellence and accelerate time-to-market. Responsibilities

  • Lead projects supporting both function-specific training and enterprise-wide competency development
  • Design and deliver training activities across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Apply structured problem-solving with curiosity and a focus on purpose and impact
  • Support managers in implementing training through planning, communication, webinars, and individual guidance
  • Act as a centre of expertise on competence development and learning principles, including designing and facilitating train-the-trainer workshops
  • Share knowledge to ensure alignment and best practice across the team
  • Manage documentation and system setup for all training activities
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to secure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliant training within healthcare-regulated processes

You will join the Process Excellence team in Development, RQ&C Process and Platforms—a high-performing group of around 19 colleagues focused on transformation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in project management, business administration, organisational development, learning science, psychology, or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally within training programmes in a global, cross-functional setting
  • Experience leading digital learning or training projects
  • Analytical, data-driven approach and attention to detail when working with Learning Management Systems
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Curious, innovative, and thrive on challenges—bringing energy and structure to complex projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Articulate 360 and/or Synthesia
  • Experience with GxP regulated training
  • Danish language skills
  • Experience in management consulting or the pharmaceutical/regulated industry
