Role Summary

  • Viking Assistance leverer redningstjenester på danske, skandinaviske og europæiske veje
  • Søger natte/dagvagt til alarmcentral i Hvidovre
  • Besvar opkald fra danske kunder, der har brug for assistance
  • Arbejdsskema: 5 dagsvagter – 5 fridage – 7 nattevagter – 4 fridage
  • Dagsvagter: arbejde i team med andre agenter
  • Nattevagter: arbejde alene med ansvar for at modtage, oprette og koordinere assistancer
  • Administrative opgaver indgår

Responsibilities

  • Håndtere akutte og frustrerende kundeproblemer (fx autostop)
  • Telefonisk håndtering af kundehenvendelser
  • Koordinere løsninger og assistance
  • Udføre administrative opgaver
  • Arbejde i varierende arbejdstider (døgnåben vagtcentral)
