Role Summary
- Join Tesla's team in Vamdrup as a Vehicle Readiness Specialist
- On-site position with up to 20% travel within Denmark
- Ensure vehicles are customer-ready at the time of delivery
- Contribute to a world-class customer experience
Responsibilities
- Use Tesla proprietary software to log and report transportation damages
- Perform technical inspections on all vehicles prior to delivery
- Document and rectify any issues found during inspection
- Prepare vehicles for delivery (attach license plate holders, install accessories, remove plastic, etc.)
- Move vehicles safely and efficiently between lot and delivery bay
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition using internal software
- Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to standards
- Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors
- Perform touch-up paint work as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Effective communicator in English (Danish, Polish, or Russian is a plus)
- Team player, able to work in diverse teams and shifts
- Adaptable to changing work instructions and environments
- Strong attention to detail for vehicle cleanliness and inspection
- Professional experience in technical vehicle service and repairs (Automotive or similar industries)
- Prior experience with vehicle detailing, polishing, buffing, and washing preferred
