The Visual & Graphic Designer role requires 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent project/internship exposure in visual and graphic design. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Figma for design creation and collaboration. The position involves designing and producing engaging visual content across digital and print formats, such as marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, small animations, and website graphics. Responsibilities include updating website content and structure to meet marketing and business objectives, working closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand identity. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Preferred skills include video and photo editing using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom, as well as knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress. A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, is advantageous. Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with responsive design principles, is also beneficial. Role Summary
- Support and contribute to the visual excellence of IQM’s marketing and digital presence
- Combine creativity with technical skills to deliver engaging, user-friendly designs reflecting IQM's brand identity
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design and produce engaging visual content for digital and print formats
- Create marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, small animations, and website graphics
Website Maintenance
- Update website content (text, images, products) and site structure to align with marketing or business needs
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to align websites and marketing assets with company objectives
- Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to shape campaign visuals and ensure brand and market trend alignment
- Optimize digital assets including ads, landing pages, and social media creatives for engagement and conversion
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience (or relevant projects/internships) in visual and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience editing and enhancing videos and photos for marketing or branding purposes
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress
