Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience; hold Team Members accountable
  • Set clear expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders
  • Monitor customer flow and assign tasks accordingly
  • Stay aware of competitors and industry trends
  • Respond effectively to customer questions and concerns
  • Support relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and partners (e.g., Amazon delivery drivers)
  • Foster a positive environment of teamwork and morale
  • Maintain Team Member safety and security standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and standards
  • Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate Team Members
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and security of equipment
  • Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 12+ months retail experience

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • Use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
  • Perform motions: bending, twisting, squatting, reaching
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
  • Work in temperatures below 32°F, 32-40°F, and above 90°F
  • Work in wet and cold environments
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Use tools and equipment (box cutters, electric pallet jacks, heavy machinery)
