Managing design timelines and delivering high-quality work under deadlines is expected. Role Summary
- Elevate Learningbank’s visual identity across video, web, and all digital touchpoints
- Shape the look, feel, and communication of Learningbank — from website and campaigns to social media videos, product marketing, and sales materials
- Join a creative Marketing team focused on growing Learningbank’s brand presence and voice
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the Learningbank brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across digital, print, and video
- Design and maintain the website, improving user experience, visuals, and storytelling
- Conceptualize and produce video content, including explainer videos, social ads, customer stories, and product showcases
- Collaborate with the Product team to align product design and marketing visuals
- Turn creative briefs into powerful concepts, taking projects from idea to final design
- Manage design timelines, meet deadlines, and deliver work that meets business and creative goals
- Produce materials for campaigns, ads, sales collateral, blog posts, and more
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a versatile brand and digital designer in an agency or in-house team
- Comfortable designing for web and video, with a strong understanding of digital storytelling
- Portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and ideally motion/video work
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Based in Denmark or Sweden, enjoying a hybrid work setup (in-office and remote)
- Skilled in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (or similar tools)
Nice to Have
