Fluency in English is required to manage and inspire a geographically dispersed team across the EMEA region. Role Summary
- Lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Singapore
 - Drive Supermetrics’ expansion across the EMEA region
 - Develop the next generation of sales talent

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs to meet and exceed targets
 - Set and manage goals for outbound activity, lead generation, and qualified meetings
 - Align with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on territory plans and messaging
 - Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs
 - Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and collaboration
 - Mentor top-performing BDRs for promotion to Account Executive roles
 - Provide real-time coaching: listen to calls, review emails, and run feedback sessions
 - Optimize outbound processes and improve prospecting tactics
 - Use data and insights to track performance and forecast pipeline
 - Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Operations for consistent messaging and smooth handoffs
 
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience, including 1–2 years as an Account Executive
 - Proven track record in hitting or surpassing pipeline generation targets in SaaS or B2B
 - Strong understanding of the sales development process
 - Motivating leadership style with a focus on best practices and mentoring
 - Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and data analysis skills
 - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar)
 - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
 - Growth mindset: always testing, learning, and improving
 - Fluent English
