Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop BDRs to meet and exceed targets
  • Set and manage goals for outbound activity, lead generation, and qualified meetings
  • Align with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on territory plans and messaging
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs
  • Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and collaboration
  • Mentor top-performing BDRs for promotion to Account Executive roles
  • Provide real-time coaching: listen to calls, review emails, and run feedback sessions
  • Optimize outbound processes and improve prospecting tactics
  • Use data and insights to track performance and forecast pipeline
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Operations for consistent messaging and smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, including 1–2 years as an Account Executive
  • Proven track record in hitting or surpassing pipeline generation targets in SaaS or B2B
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process
  • Motivating leadership style with a focus on best practices and mentoring
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Growth mindset: always testing, learning, and improving
  • Fluent English
