- Support a global workforce across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global IT roadmap focused on scalability, security, and employee experience
- Serve as the key technology partner to business leaders
- Champion and evolve the Zero Trust security model across endpoints, networks, and applications
- Pioneer automation and AI in IT infrastructure and support processes
- Manage key vendor relationships and distributed IT management with outsourcing partners
- Oversee multi-platform device fleet using modern device management (MDM) and infrastructure-as-code
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence
- Provide hands-on, high-quality IT support to global employees
Requirements
- Senior IT experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
- Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce with in-house and external vendors
- Proficiency with Zero Trust security principles in a cloud-native environment
- Strong background managing mixed-device fleets (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) using enterprise MDM
- Proven ability to use automation, scripting, and modern tooling for infrastructure and operations
- Experience leading and developing technical teams with strong communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Google Cloud)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
