About the role
Role Summary
- Lead the Talent and Project Resourcing team (14 people) at Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS)
- Shape workforce strategy across the EMEA region
- Report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO)
- Attract, develop, and retain talent for both back-office and wind turbine technician roles
- Align recruitment strategy with business goals
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding
- Streamline processes and improve talent acquisition performance
- Enable effective collaboration across business units and operational teams
- Role can be based in Denmark or the UK
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and execute MWS’s recruitment and resourcing strategy
- Forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines
- Support succession planning for key roles
- Track talent market trends and employer branding
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labour laws, and ethical standards
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent and Project Resourcing team
- Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Optimise recruiter workload and resource allocation
Operational Excellence
- Build structured, scalable hiring processes for technicians and back-office roles
- Standardise recruitment practices and tools
- Provide strategic leadership over the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure robust, consistent processes for sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Streamline recruitment to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Business Units and stakeholders to meet staffing needs
- Align recruitment priorities with business objectives and project demands
- Strengthen communication and process coordination across departments
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies at a senior level (technician and office roles)
