About the role

Role Summary

  • Lead the Talent and Project Resourcing team (14 people) at Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS)
  • Shape workforce strategy across the EMEA region
  • Report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO)
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent for both back-office and wind turbine technician roles
  • Align recruitment strategy with business goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding
  • Streamline processes and improve talent acquisition performance
  • Enable effective collaboration across business units and operational teams
  • Role can be based in Denmark or the UK

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and execute MWS’s recruitment and resourcing strategy
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines
  • Support succession planning for key roles
  • Track talent market trends and employer branding
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labour laws, and ethical standards

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent and Project Resourcing team
  • Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Optimise recruiter workload and resource allocation

Operational Excellence

  • Build structured, scalable hiring processes for technicians and back-office roles
  • Standardise recruitment practices and tools
  • Provide strategic leadership over the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensure robust, consistent processes for sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Streamline recruitment to improve efficiency and candidate experience

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Units and stakeholders to meet staffing needs
  • Align recruitment priorities with business objectives and project demands
  • Strengthen communication and process coordination across departments

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies at a senior level (technician and office roles)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience coaching high-performing teams
  • Expertise in building scalable recruitment processes, policies, and frameworks across regions
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • In-depth knowledge of talent markets and employer branding
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting and monitoring recruitment KPIs and metrics
