- Lead supplier qualification and onboarding processes

- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable commercial terms
- Drive strategic procurement projects and initiatives
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards and governance
- Contribute to cost optimization and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management (ideally 4–5 years at a strategic level)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with spend analysis and market research
- Solid understanding of tendering processes and contract negotiation
- Experience with supplier qualification and performance management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tools
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
