Responsibilities
- Drive HR operations and support the Head of Finance & Business Admin
- Prepare payroll data, support external bookkeepers, and perform final accuracy checks
- Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
- Design and ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain employee records
- Conduct employee surveys, gather feedback, and foster positive team spirit
- Assist managers with performance management cycles
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment in Nordhavn
- Lead culture initiatives and ensure workspace reflects brand values
- Identify and implement improvements within the HR function
Requirements
- Practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration
- Either enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR (or related field) or an experienced professional seeking part-time work
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage own workflow
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with integrity and discretion
- Ideally, experience with HR and payroll software
- Strong English and Danish language skills
