Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to represent the company at industry events and customer meetings are also important. While not mandatory, prior experience in the food ingredients or flavour industry and familiarity with complex solution selling will be advantageous. - Report directly to the CEO and work closely with R&D and applications
- Key role in bringing solutions to food manufacturers and flavour houses
Responsibilities
- Own and grow key accounts within your industry segment
- Drive new business development across Europe
- Act as a trusted commercial partner, translating customer challenges into REDUCED solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, distributor agreements)
- Collaborate with R&D, applications, and regulatory teams to develop concepts and prototypes
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and commercial KPIs
- Represent REDUCED at customer meetings, innovation days, and industry events
- Bring market, customer, and competitive insights into innovation and portfolio strategy
Requirements
- Experience in food ingredients, flavours, or technical B2B sales
- Strong ability to sell solutions rather than products
- Commercial drive, structure, and execution power
- Confidence working with stakeholders across R&D, procurement, marketing, and leadership
- Self-starting mindset and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
