The role is based on-site in Copenhagen, requiring a valid work permit for Denmark, and involves close daily collaboration with the Head of R&D and Quality Lead. Responsibilities
- Support the development and expansion of the food safety management system
- Lead writing and refinement of SOPs; ensure procedures are implemented across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining FSSC 22000 certification
- Project-manage quality initiatives, assess quality levels, and drive mitigating actions
- Assist with risk assessments and ensure non-conformities are captured and resolved efficiently
Requirements
- Proven background in food safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP)
- Experience in production or R&D
- Strong ability to write clear procedures and organize documentation
- Efficient and pragmatic approach
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety/QA within fermentation or savoury ingredient production
- Strong knowledge of GFSI standards
- Relevant master’s degree
- Valid work permit for Denmark
