- Ensure a seamless experience for customers from purchase to vehicle delivery
- Responsible for used car deliveries in Køge and new car deliveries at other locations

Responsibilities
- Act as first-line representative of the brand, mission, and products
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via telephone, online chat, and other channels
- Provide clear, concise, accurate, and friendly verbal and written communication
- Educate customers about products and guide them through the pre-delivery journey
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, adapting to high-pressure situations
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions across multiple internal systems
- Explain and simplify complex information to customers
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Take initiative and make decisive moves to advance tasks
- Collaborate across departments to find effective resolutions
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Danish
