Primære ansvarsområder
- Klargøring og vedligeholdelse af surdeje samt styring af hævetider
- Bagning af brød og wiener-/lamineret bagværk i ensartet høj kvalitet
- Organisering og klargøring af kundeleverancer
- Deltagelse i generelle produktionsopgaver, herunder æltning af deje, tilberedning af cremer og andet forberedende arbejde

Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sourdough starters and proofing schedules
- Bake bread and pastries to a consistently high standard
- Organize and prepare customer deliveries
- Assist with general production tasks, including mixing doughs, creams, and other prep work
