Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with selected OEM customers, importers, and distributors
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships and become a go-to contact
- Spot new opportunities and help turn them into real business
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and sales pitches
Sales & Growth
- Support and execute account plans for OEM customers across EMEA
- Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities
- Participate in RFQs and bidding processes from start to finish
- Help manage contracts, pricing, and product data
Collaboration & Performance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the right products are delivered on time and in the right quality
- Forecast demand and track performance against plans
- Join monthly performance and optimization discussions with senior stakeholders
- Support marketing activities and participate in trade and customer events
Requirements
Background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial role in an international environment
- Experience from manufacturing or automotive is a plus, but interest and technical curiosity matter more than industry background
