The successful candidate will be collaborative, bridging Product and Marketing seamlessly to establish a repeatable product-to-market rhythm and align value narratives across teams. A bachelor’s degree and approximately 50 experience points indicate solid educational background and relevant industry experience. Success in this role is measured by the establishment of a strategic product marketing discipline that contributes directly to measurable adoption, ARR growth, and integrated growth efforts across Product, Marketing, and Revenue functions.

Role Summary
TimeLog is a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider, helping professional service organizations streamline business processes and boost productivity. This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Revenue, translating product features into commercial stories that drive growth, adoption, and pride.
Responsibilities
Product-to-Market Storytelling
- Turn product roadmap and customer value drops into compelling stories for focus industries
- Build messaging and positioning frameworks connecting product value to market impact
- Partner with Marketing to bring stories to life (own the what and why; Marketing owns the how and where)
Go-to-Market & Commercial Readiness
- Ensure every value drop is commercially ready with clear positioning, messaging, and pricing logic aligned to the CPTO’s framework
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue to translate pricing logic into execution
- Provide market and customer insights to shape pricing and packaging evolution
- Prepare launch briefs, internal enablement, and competitive positioning assets
Enable Growth & Conversion
- Provide messaging frameworks, narratives, and proof points for sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure all assets reflect product value and differentiation accurately
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights
- Own competitive intelligence for pricing, positioning, and feature differentiation
- Maintain and share a live competitor matrix across Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Use insights to influence roadmap priorities, pricing validation, and messaging
Requirements
- Experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with strong grasp of the craft
- Capable of developing the product marketing discipline at TimeLog
- Strategic storyteller connecting product details with market impact
- Experience in SaaS, ideally within B2B or transformation-stage environments
- Curious and quick to learn new domains (no need to be a PSA or consultancy expert from day one)
- Comfortable working with and communicating to consultants, advisors, and other project-driven professionals
- Comfortable with pricing logic, packaging, and go-to-market execution
- Collaborative by nature, bridging Product and Marketing seamlessly
- Fluent in English and skilled at crafting clear, value-driven content
