About the role

Role Summary

  • Join a world-changing project with Femern Link Contractors (FLC), responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, portals, and ramps
  • Be part of a joint venture of nine international construction companies delivering a state-of-the-art infrastructure project
  • Support transparent, data-driven reporting and risk decision-making on a large infrastructure project

Responsibilities

  • Collect project data (progress, hours, key information, etc.)
  • Analyze data for trends, variances, and areas needing management focus
  • Create and share periodic project status reports, including dashboards and KPIs
  • Ensure timeliness of reports
  • Support risk management and reporting
  • Maintain organized records of project activities and documents
  • Ensure records meet regulatory and project standards
  • Adhere to policies, client requirements, and regulations in reporting
  • Provide documentation for audits as needed
  • Identify and document issues, delays, or non-compliance
  • Escalate critical issues to project management and track resolutions
  • Prepare stakeholder-specific reports
  • Present reports in meetings and incorporate feedback
  • Prepare and distribute FLC reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Compile information from the Project Management Team (PMT), Owners, and Partners
  • Ensure compliance with Reporting GMP

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative, office support, and/or reporting roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Office software (Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel if possible, and Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
