Role Summary

  • Help reduce churn, improve customer relationships, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Report to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Track post-sale engagement and highlight customers needing intervention
  • Build frameworks for renewal forecasting, win-back opportunities, and risk assessment
  • Analyze churn, detect early warning signals, and deliver actionable insights
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on adoption, renewals, churn risks, and retention drivers
  • Monitor support backlog and provide forecasts to help manage workloads
  • Leverage AI and BI tools to automate reporting and deliver quick insights
  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Renewals, and Support to turn insights into actions

Requirements

  • MSc in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or similar
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer analytics, retention, or revenue operations (SaaS/subscription business preferred)
  • Proficient in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) and BI platforms
  • Experience building retention and renewal reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and churn reporting
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate data into clear recommendations
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset; able to work independently
  • Comfortable in a diverse, international environment
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation for reporting and insights
  • Willingness to challenge assumptions and question the status quo
