The Senior UX Designer role at Oda requires over five years of experience in UX, interaction, or service design, ideally gained in-house or at an agency. The candidate must possess a strong user-centric mindset, beginning with thorough UX research, discovery, and analysis to generate insights that inform design decisions. Expertise in mapping systems, modeling workflows, and facilitating workshops is essential to understand and clarify complex operational connections within the company. Proficiency in designing and user testing clickable prototypes using Figma is required, alongside close collaboration with product managers, developers, and data analysts. The role demands leadership in driving design projects from discovery through launch and iterative improvement, with a focus on business and customer value metrics and hypothesis testing. Attention to detail and the ability to address edge cases and root causes are critical, as is a systems thinking approach to balance customer experience with business impact. The candidate should prioritize progress over perfection, making smart trade-offs while safeguarding user experience. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
