Responsibilities
- Find, contact, and attract qualified candidates through advertising and sourcing
- Interview candidates using competency-based techniques
- Facilitate offers and employment contracts with hiring managers
- Ensure collection and follow-up of relevant KPIs and process data
- Proactively work on employer branding and act as an ambassador for Oda and Mathem
- Lead or assist in recruitment projects across Mathem Sweden, Oda Norway, and Oda Group Services
- Participate in projects to support the business and improve People processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in high-paced environments (agency or in-house)
- Proven skills in headhunting or sourcing for complex roles (Tech experience is a bonus)
- Experience leading end-to-end hiring processes and adapting approach by role
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate and collaborate with diverse people
- Fully fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal
- Enjoy working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Objective, unbiased thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize from a holistic perspective
