Role Summary
- Support Intuit TurboTax customers as an independent contractor
- No prior tax experience required; training provided
- Assist customers via phone (with video chat) and chat support
- Help with software navigation, locating prior returns/amendments, and call escalation

Schedule
- Seasonal contract through April 15th, 2026 (Tax Day)
- Flexible hours; set your own schedule
- Program open 7am–11pm CST, Monday–Sunday
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 for bilingual Spanish/English)
- Additional $0.04/minute incentives available
- Average equivalent of $20/hour for contractors meeting key metrics
- Peak incentives offered
