Role Summary
- Support Intuit TurboTax customers as an independent contractor
- No prior tax experience required; training provided
- Assist customers via phone (with video chat) and chat support
- Work from home with flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Help customers navigate tax software
- Assist with locating prior returns and amendments
- Escalate calls when necessary
- Provide friendly, professional customer service

Technology Requirements

- Mac users: Only Intel-based Macs with Windows 11 via Boot Camp accepted
Schedule
- Seasonal contract through April 15, 2026
- Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours
- Program open 7am–11pm CST, Monday–Sunday
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 for bilingual Spanish/English)
- Additional $0.04/minute incentives available
- Average equivalent of $20/hour for top performers, plus peak incentives
