About the role

Alsik Hotel & Spa Sønderborg søger en erfaren Conference & Event Manager til en nøgleposition med ansvar for drift, kvalitet og udvikling af møde-, konference- og eventaktiviteter. Du får personaleansvar for et team på tre og en central rolle i at sikre professionelle og mindeværdige gæsteoplevelser.

Ansvarsområder

  • Ledelse og udvikling af Conference & Event-teamet
  • Skabe en kultur med trivsel, samarbejde og faglig stolthed
  • Ansvar for hele eventprocessen fra forespørgsel til evaluering
  • Udvikle og optimere arbejdsgange for effektiv drift og høj kvalitet
  • Samarbejde med salgsafdelingen om tilbud, kampagner og mersalg
  • Deltage i kundemøder, VIP-besøg og komplekse arrangementer
  • Håndtere udfordringer med ro, overblik og løsningsorienteret tilgang
  • Koordinere med F&B, housekeeping, reception og teknik
  • Deltage i drifts- og ledelsesmøder
  • Overordnet ansvar for Protel bookingsystemet
  • Sikre korrekt brug af systemet og opdaterede tilbud, kontrakter og funktioner
  • Håndtere de største og mest komplekse kundehenvendelser
