Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Norwegian customers in Norwegian, providing professional assistance
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, and maintenance
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Advise customers on product features and benefits
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies
- Contribute to a positive working environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken
- English proficiency for professional communication and training
- Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
