Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary

Join our Marketing team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on paid social channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day performance of paid social channels
  • Launch experiments and optimize conversion rates
  • Provide feedback on creatives
  • Constantly learn and adapt strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly ad budgets and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Deep expertise in data analytics, measurement, and attribution (CAPI, API integrations, automation, and experimentation frameworks)
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and no-code solutions to automate manual and repetitive work
  • Strong balance of analytical and creative skills: adept at data-driven decision-making while excelling in ad copywriting and creative feedback
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop
  • Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, and Paid Search) and an awareness of how they fit together in the funnel
  • Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking
  • Curious and passionate about testing the boundaries of what’s possible with ads, constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches
