Responsibilities
- Address backend friction points and standardize engineering practices
- Own and deliver large-scale, multi-quarter projects
- Evaluate and iterate on your work using data and established frameworks
- Shape engineering capabilities to meet future challenges (12-18 months ahead)
- Lead cross-team projects involving both Engineering and R&D
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years at Senior Staff/Principal (L7+) level
- Proven leadership in driving projects across multiple teams (50+ engineers)
- Experience in high-performing, scalable engineering organizations
