Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training and education strategies for rapid customer ramp-up (first 90 days)
- Define and build a seamless customer onboarding process
- Create engaging training and education programs to drive customer success and product adoption
- Produce written and video content for various platforms (email, knowledge base, etc.)
- Define and track success metrics for product adoption and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, Product) on training initiatives
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German
- Extensive experience in customer onboarding, education, or training in a SaaS company
