Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design vision for core video creation, from ideation to shipped MVP and beyond
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and designers to create intuitive UX for video creation
- Define new interaction paradigms for video tools (e.g., dynamic branching, knowledge integration, visual storytelling)
- Extend or challenge existing editor patterns to support new flows (decision trees, prompt design, scene logic)
- Shape foundational UX questions, such as blending scripted video with interactivity
Requirements
- 5+ years designing end-to-end experiences for SaaS tools or complex web products
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, interaction design, and clarity in ambiguous spaces
- Experience designing creation tools or platforms, balancing power and usability
- Strong product intuition and collaborative spirit; comfortable proposing bold ideas and iterating quickly
